CSA Design Project Manager

CSA Design Project Manager | Bridge Infrastructure Project | Frankfurt, Germany

I’m currently working with a leading engineering and infrastructure company that is looking to appoint an experienced CSA Design Project Manager to support the delivery of a major bridge project in Frankfurt.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all CSA design activities for a major bridge infrastructure project.
• Coordinate civil, structural, and architectural design teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, design deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with German regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design packages.
• Drive project performance through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Support value engineering initiatives and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing the design and delivery of bridge or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in CSA project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Previous experience working on large-scale bridge, rail, highway, or transportation projects.
• Knowledge of German construction regulations and approval processes.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience working within Design & Build or EPC environments.
