Overview

As CSA Lead, you will steer civil, structural and architectural works on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt. You’ll integrate with the project team and subcontractors to deliver safely, on program, and to the required technical standards. You will coordinate interfaces with MEP, construction and commissioning teams, and guide technical decision-making through reviews and risk management. This role offers impact on Europe’s leading data centre developments and exposure to complex, multidisciplinary delivery.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Lead and coordinate all CSA construction activities across the project
  • Manage CSA subcontractors to meet safety, schedule and quality targets
  • Review civil, structural and architectural drawings, specs and submissions
  • Coordinate CSA works with MEP, construction and commissioning teams for sequencing and interfaces
  • Monitor progress against the project programme and flag delays or risks
  • Lead CSA coordination and progress meetings with subcontractors, consultants and client reps
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, ITPs and other technical docs
  • Ensure CSA works comply with drawings, standards and project requirements
  • Manage RFIs, technical queries, design changes and interfaces to resolution
  • Support testing, commissioning and handover activities and complete CSA documentation
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Previous CSA Lead/CSA Manager/Construction Manager experience in construction
  • Strong experience leading civil, structural and architectural works on large-scale projects
  • Experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments is highly desirable
  • Understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methodologies and interfaces
  • Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality requirements and health & safety standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification is desirable
