CSA Site Manager - Frankfurt - Data Centre

In this role you will lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) scope on a flagship data centre project in Frankfurt. You will work within a site leadership team to deliver safety, quality and schedule for a complex, technology-focused development. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors, manage interfaces with MEP and commissioning, and report progress to senior leadership. • Managing and supervising civil, structural, and architectural works on site
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors to deliver on programme and to specification
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Overseeing site logistics, resource allocation, and sequencing of works
• Reviewing drawings, technical docs and specifications to support construction
• Managing RFIs, site instructions, and design clarifications
• Coordinating with MEP, commissioning, and project teams to manage interfaces
• Reporting site progress, issues and risk management to senior project leadership
• Supporting inspections, testing, and handover activities

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer on large-scale projects
• Strong experience delivering CSA works in data centres, industrial, or high-spec commercial projects
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site safety
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Willingness to be site-based in Frankfurt (rotational or expat basis)
