Serve as a first contact for handling claims primarily by phone, meeting call KPIs, collaborating in team huddles, learning about Sentry business units, and job shadowing.
Sentry is seeking motivated college students for our Part‑Time College Student Program within their Customer Service & Operations (CS & O) organization. This program is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and exposure to the insurance industry as a possible long‑term career path. The program encourages a learning mindset through training opportunities, business unit overviews, job shadowing, and networking aligned to students’ career interests.
As a Customer Service Representative within our contact center, you will play a critical part in providing services to insureds, claimants, and others relating to the “First Notice of Loss” reports. As Sentry’s promise to be there for our customers during their time of need, you’ll provide technical support for the processing of claims.
This role is planned to begin in mid to late July for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 school year.
