CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager (Remote)

Full time, United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Spain. If residing in Warsaw, in‑office 50% monthly. If residing in Kraków or Rzeszów, at least one in‑office day per week.

Responsibilities

• Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, and test situations if possible.
• Execute configuration changes from small to highly complex, managing systems, logic, interactions, and dependencies.
• Perform benefit & risk analysis on scenarios involving many key variables.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer‑centric communication.
• Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers.
• Participate in shift planning for the virtual team in line with senior management’s direction.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry.
• Advanced experience in travel technology, specifically Concur travel tool.
• Experience working in a collaborative and international workspace.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Salary

The expected annual gross salary ranges by country:

• Spain: 44,000–55,000EUR
• Poland: 170,000–189,000PLN
• Italy: 40,000–45,000EUR

Final salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and location and will be determined in line with internal equity.
