Role Overview

As a global leader in clinical diagnostics, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics has challenged convention to elevate the diagnostic laboratory’s role in improving patient health for more than 90 years. Every hour around the world, more than one million tests are run on our systems, impacting 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians per year.

• Provide technical support to customers (laboratories, hospitals, medical practices) in diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions.
• Work primarily by phone and via remote diagnostic tools to resolve technical and application-related issues with customers.
• If an on-site visit is necessary, prepare for it in consultation with our technician.

Essential Requirements

• Completed training as a technician and/or MTLA or comparable training in the field of science and technology, with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in direct customer contact and in working with customers to solve complex problems in a varied working environment.
• Excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of PCs, and fluency in German and English.
