Customer Account Manager

As a Customer Account Manager at RH Aero Systems, you act as the central contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders across our aviation product range. You collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth communication from inquiry to delivery and payment. You will support the field sales team and maintain strong customer relationships by balancing technical and commercial considerations. This role offers exposure to global aviation customers and cross-functional collaboration that drives customer satisfaction and business outcomes. You will work in a dynamic environment that values clear communication and process excellence.

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction
• Be the point of contact from inquiry through quote, order, delivery, and payment
• Ensure routine communications with customers and internal departments are up-to-date
• Prepare quotes and orders and support the field sales team
• Communicate delivery updates and manage customer projects, including acceptance testing

• Completed business or technical apprenticeship with ongoing education, or Bachelor's in Economics
• Some professional experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Experience in aerospace is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Salesforce)
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, strong communication
• Proficient German and good English written/spoken skills
