Customer Accounts Representative

• The Customer Account Representative provides the best possible service and support to customers through mediums such as telephone, email and fax.
• Contacts customers to resolve outstanding credit and debit balances and ensures orders ship same day whenever possible.
• Provides account information to customers.
• Reconciles customer account information.
• Works closely with both the Customer Service and the Finance department.

Requirements

• Desire and ability to interact directly with customers and carry out correspondences in a professional and courteous manner.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills, written and verbal; German or French language skills beneficial.
• Good computer and MS Office skills, as well as an affinity for numbers.
• Meets targets while interacting with colleagues within the team and liaising departments.
• Works with initiative.
