Customer Advisor, Senior Customer Advisor – Industrial Insurance

Customer support: comprehensive management of clients, building long-term partnerships, and strengthening existing business relationships
Analysis & strategy: analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
Annual reviews & information events: conduct advisory meetings and presentations
Identifying and leveraging opportunities: recognize potential with existing and new clients
Independent acquisition: independently win new industrial clients for our services
Developing new advisory approaches: further develop consulting approaches and contribute new ideas
Communication & collaboration: work closely with clients, insurers, and internal departments

Requirements

Completed training as an insurance clerk (Versicherungskaufmann), as a merchant for insurance and financial services, or comparable education/degree
Several years of sales experience, ideally in an insurance brokerage or in industrial insurance
Structured, goal-oriented working style and high self-motivation
