Aufgaben

Manage logistics-related customer inquiries for France and Belgium
Coordinate with suppliers and external logistics partners regarding delivery dates, address changes, and delivery issues
Follow up on delivery deviations, non-conformity cases, and complaints
Review logistics invoices, storage costs, and possible discrepancies
Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational logistics topics
Keep documentation up to date and ensure proper follow-up on all ongoing cases
Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows

Qualifikation

Native-level French and very good English or german skills (at least B2)
Initial experience in logistics, transportation, forwarding, customer service, back office, or operations
A structured and detail-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers and external partners
Ability to manage several cases in parallel and keep track of open topics
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take ownership
Experience in invoice checking, complaint handling, or delivery coordination is a plus
