Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day order operations in the Medical Device industry
  • Lead and develop a team of agents
  • Drive continuous improvements and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Support daily effective order reimbursement processes
  • Identify opportunities for operational process efficiencies
  • Conduct effective resource planning within workforce management and forecast logic
  • Monitor and improve employee quality requirements
  • Coordinate and initiate conference calls and Webex meetings
  • Special projects as assigned on an international level

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in order management and/or back office team lead competence
  • Living and working in Germany is mandatory
  • Experience of working in a back office & order management environment in the medical industry as a people manager and leader
  • Degree or relevant experience
  • German and English language skills are mandatory (C1-level English)
