• Serve as a Forma product expert to quickly resolve customer concerns and provide tailored recommendations.
• Own daily operational tasks, including account configuration, program policy updates, and customer onboarding or expansion support.
• Identify, implement, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
