Customer Service and Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Gym

Job Overview

Our facility is looking for a proactive team member to manage customer service, sales and marketing. The role will split duties roughly 50 percent customer service and gym maintenance and 50 percent sales and marketing. This is a new position, giving you autonomy to shape the scope of your work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content.
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing and visibility campaigns.
• Drive corporate and membership sales.
• Provide customer service at the counter, via email and phone.
• Perform routine gym maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in customer service, sales or marketing.
• Experience in customer service, sales and marketing.
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented approach.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage social media channels and produce quality content.
• Skilled at learning and using information systems (BRP Systems & Google Drive).
• Proficient in Finnish and English sales and marketing texts in line with our brand.
• Knowledge of other languages, experience in the sports sector or a driving licence is an advantage.
• Digital/media skills.

Full-time position. Shifts on weekdays between 7am and 7pm. Partial remote work can be agreed upon after a 6-month probation period.
