Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

A Japanese manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join its team. This position focuses primarily on supporting customers in English, making strong English communication skills essential.

You will be responsible for coordinating product deliveries with customers, logistics providers and the warehouse team, while managing customer accounts, sales administration and forecasting. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service or sales support experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with key contacts
• Process customer orders, delivery requests and prepare sales and shipping documentation
• Coordinate shipments with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaise with customers and transport providers regarding delivery schedules
• Analyse customer forecasts and update internal sales and inventory reports
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, escalating technical issues to engineers where necessary
• Support other team members and assist with additional administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, logistics coordination or order management
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience coordinating with customers and multiple internal stakeholders
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecasts and sales data
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
