Customer Service Representative – Property Management Clients, Property Insurance, Internal Sales

• Provide comprehensive, independent support and advice to clients, primarily property management companies
• Act as the liaison between clients and insurance companies
• Manage day-to-day operations, from processing applications through to handling claims
• Prepare quotations and cover notes independently
• Review claims notifications and forward them to insurance companies
• Work with insurers to find optimal solutions and support clients with their requests

Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or comparable/higher qualification
• Practical experience in composite insurance business (property, liability, accident, and motor insurance), ideally in the property management sector
