Customer Solutions Specialist (m/f/d), Frankfurt am Main

In this role you ensure seamless order management and strong customer support for Danone’s brands in Frankfurt. You’ll collaborate across Sales and Supply Chain to keep deliveries on track and resolve inquiries, complaints, and returns. Your work supports accurate documentation in SAP and helps sustain trusted customer relationships. The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and a chance to impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• End-to-end order management from order entry to delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, order clarifications, and service requests
• Interface between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain
• Process complaints, claims, and return flows
• Monitor deliveries and proactively managing deviations
• Maintain accurate customer and order documentation in SAP

• Completed commercial education
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or order management
• Strong service mindset and structured, independent working style
• Good SAP knowledge and strong Excel skills
• Fluent German, good English skills
