Customer Success Manager – Meteorological Services

Your Responsibilities

• Managing renewals
• Driving expansion
• Learning our market, our customers, and our products
• Managing a growing international portfolio of customers from multiple industries
• Working with our sales team to develop new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Working with our sales, accounting, and technical teams to optimise our internal processes

Your Qualifications

• Can do attitude and high motivation to help us become one of the world’s leading private sector weather companies
• Good understanding of meteorology, with at least a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology or Geography preferred
• Great communication skills and enjoyment of working in a consultative role
• Understanding the application of AI in the modern business world and demonstrated experience in using AI with delivered results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Pragmatic and scientific mindset
• Thriving in a collaborative working environment with a close‑knit team
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
