Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of EMEA customers, driving adoption and value realization of the NodeZero platform.
• Deliver technical onboarding and enablement, proactively identify customer needs, and collaborate with Sales and Support to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews, maintaining detailed records of customer health using Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA.
