Задачи

• Own a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, training, and account setup
• Manage client issues from intake through resolution, ensuring clear updates and follow-up
• Monitor account health, engagement, usage, and potential risks
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Support, Sales, and other internal teams to drive issues to resolution
• Communicate technical and product topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Build proactive client relationships and contribute to customer retention
• Collect customer feedback and work with Product on improvements
• Help develop onboarding materials, FAQs, playbooks, and customer-facing processes

Требования

• 3–5 Years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Technical Support, or Delivery
• Experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, or scaling technology companies
• Strong customer-facing and cross-functional communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple open items
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or project-management tools such as Monday, Linear, Zendesk, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Nice to have: iGaming / Casino platform experience, Bachelor’s degree
