Customer Support Agent - German Speaker

About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of SumUp, a leading global fintech company committed to leveling the playing field for small businesses. SumUp is the trusted partner of over 4 million merchants in 37 markets worldwide, providing simple and affordable tools that enable them to manage payments, business finances and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
• Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution.
• Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.

Requirements

• Multi-tasking skills .
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both German and English .
• Problem-solving attitude .
• Experience with CRM systems .
• Demonstrated ability to work both in a team and also independently .
