Customer Support Airplane Doors Coordinator Aftersales (m/w/d) – AIRBUS Helicopters

Position Summary: The role involves coordinating customer needs, managing complex individual cases, and ensuring production readiness for Airplane Doors on behalf of AIRBUS Helicopters.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer needs, including SATAIR / Operator Drop Shipment
  • Process complex individual cases in coordination with customers
  • Prioritize and manage manufacturing demands
  • Handle serial and aftermarket pulls, obsolescence management
  • Manage special productions (STS) and AOG requirements
  • Monitor delivery dates including OTD3 management and action planning
  • Plan material and capacity with departments, track KPIs to improve delivery performance
  • Track and follow up customer complaints
  • Manage customer relationships and coordinate delivery situations, developing the partnership

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial, managerial, or technical vocational training; qualifications as logistics specialist, mechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable
  • Professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, customer service, quality management, supply chain/logistics, technical documentation, or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience in on‑site management/customer service environment
  • Product experience in Airplane Doors is an advantage
  • Experience in Airbus aircraft manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to travel and 24/7 on‑call for AOG service
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and high motivation
  • Fluent in German and technical English; French a plus
