Customer Support Engineer

In this site-based role near Munich, you will own technical inquiries and quality issues for screw compressors and related products. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing to drive quality improvements and support aftermarket activities, while developing toward leading the Customer Support team. You will train customers and strengthen service and application expertise, contributing to the overall reliability of our compressor solutions. The position offers a path toward advanced quality leadership within a global engineering environment.

• Manage customer complaints and technical claims across screw compressors and compressed air products
• Provide technical support on screw compressor applications, selection and product issues
• Support quality improvements and work with manufacturing to prevent recurring issues
• Support spare parts and aftermarket activity for compressor products
• Deliver customer training and progress towards leading Customer Support and Quality

• Mechanical or industrial engineering qualification advantageous
• Experience as a Quality Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Product Engineer, Applications Engineer, Sales Support Engineer or similar within the compressed air industry ideally
• Strong knowledge of screw compressors or compressed air systems desirable
• Experience in quality, technical support, service, applications or aftermarket engineering
• Good German and English communication skills
• Able to commute daily to the site near Pullach
