You will join the Customer Operations Team , serving as the vital link between customers, the Sales department, and Logistics to ensure smooth operational workflows and deliver top-tier customer service.
Drive seamless end-to-end order processing—from entering order data into the ERP system to final product delivery—while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining precise logistics standards.
Sales Order Creation & Validation: Independently enter, review, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.
Order Fulfillment Monitoring: Oversee the entire order lifecycle within the ERP system in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Customer Service & Communication: Proactively support domestic and international clients regarding delivery schedules, order modifications, and commercial inquiries.
Claims & Credit Note Management: Handle customer complaints, coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams, and issue credit notes.
Trade Terms & Logistics Compliance: Apply appropriate Incoterms and ensure adherence to contractual delivery conditions throughout execution.
Education: Completed commercial training or apprenticeship (e.g., in industrial trade, wholesale, or foreign trade) or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in internal sales, order management, or customer service.
Technical & Domain Expertise: Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP SD, Microsoft Dynamics) and a solid understanding of Incoterms.
Key Competencies: Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Languages: Business fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) to support national and international clients.
