Responsibilities

• Ensures and guides processes and activities for an assigned organizational unit to effectively support sales teams and customer organizations in all administration related matters, concerning both sales and after‑sales processes.
• Guides the overall sales support operations of one or multiple units to ensure achievement of goals and objectives directly or through subordinate staff.
• Develops, manages and controls budget plans of one or multiple units.
• Develops a quotation process, including preparation, distribution and follow‑up of the final proposal.
• Develops productivity standards and individual goals, monitors their achievement and prepares productivity and progress reports.
• Manages Sales Administration activities.
• Guides team in handling incoming sales calls requiring price, delivery and/or technical assistance or warranty information.
• Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is: $141,340 - $194,337

If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
