CX & Loyalty Solution Architect – Remote

KPS AG seeks a Solution Architect to define the technical target architecture for CX and loyalty solutions, review APIs and system landscapes, and design required data flows. You will run customer workshops and coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful integration, with optional hands-on support during implementation.

The role emphasises English fluency and collaboration across Europe, with a primary focus on remote collaboration and occasional onsite activities.
