Cyber Security & ISMS Specialist

In this role you will manage cyber security requirements for large-scale energy storage projects and engineering processes. You will ensure security requirements are captured, documented, tracked, and implemented across the full project lifecycle in a structured, customer-aligned way. You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, project teams and internal stakeholders to enable secure and reliable energy storage solutions. • Develop and maintain ISMS policies, processes and work instructions compliant with ISO 27001 and ISO 27019
• Coordinate cyber security requirements across customers, information security officers, internal teams and project phases
• Conduct asset-specific risk assessments, track mitigation measures, and maintain the risk register
• Prepare and support ISMS audits and project/customer certifications and compliance activities
• Manage security operations including incident response, vulnerability management, and coordinating external penetration tests

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in information security, OT security, or technical compliance management
• Strong understanding of OT systems, industrial networks, operational processes, and safety-critical environments
• Knowledge of ISMS frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and audit processes (ISO 27001/27019)
• Experience with IEC 62443 or BSI IT-Grundschutz, ideally in the energy sector
