What part will you play?

• Identify, assess, measure and monitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands‑on risk assessments of processes and established controls. Use analytical skills to identify security gaps and evaluate root causes.
• Prepare and support the execution of Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems, products, services, factories, and software development centers. Highlight observations and translate technical findings into management information for effective action.
• Assess Cybersecurity in Siemens’ most innovative products—from product security features to the software development lifecycle and state‑of‑the‑art cloud environments.
• Support assessment of the Cybersecurity governance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incident handling, threat detection, vulnerability management, etc.
• Work closely with Cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve solutions by tackling root causes of issues and finding innovative solutions to modern challenges.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters

• Strong academic history (Bachelor degree) in IT, Computer Science or related fields; certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
• 2+ years working experience in Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm or a consultancy in IT/Cybersecurity audit.
• Demonstrated affinity to learn about the latest trends in Cybersecurity and keep up to date in a continuously challenging environment.
• Good communication, presentation and basic project‑management skills.
• Experience in user & access management, application security, cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management & incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security controls, or secure software development is desirable.
• Experience with leveraging and integrating AI into day‑to‑day work is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• International mindset, open to travel and working in a diverse team.
