We are seeking a full-time Business Data Analyst to join the IT team at Photona GmbH in Olching near Munich.

Creation and further development of reports, analyses and dashboards for business units and management
Analysis of data from various business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Production)
Translation of business requirements into concrete data models and KPIs
Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
Support with ad hoc analyses and decision-making
Several years of experience in data, business, or BI analysis
Excellent knowledge of MS SQL, particularly complex joins, views, and performance optimization
Experience working with data from multiple source systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
High degree of independence and a solution-oriented approach
Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented
Interest in data architecture and strategic development
