Your role involves handling administrative and operational tasks to ensure the successful moderation of content while achieving client satisfaction and adhering to company policies.
The AI Data Annotation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for any content-related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES Review videos and judge videos/accounts in accordance according to processes, policies and guidelines Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals Liaise with different teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate Actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production Make well-balanced decisions based on processes, policies and guidelines, using market specific knowledge Perform model evaluation to ensure high-quality text detection and recognition in visual media Audit on-screen text boxes for accuracy, consistency, and correct labeling across frames Validate and refine model candidates to ensure exact matches with visible text content Project overview Work Days: Monday
- Friday Project duration: 6 months Remote job opportunity, from any place in Poland Work cannot be performed from any other country REQUIREMENTS Full professional proficiency in Danish Familiar with the culture of Danish language Experience within data annotation / labelling Great attention to details and strong analytical skills Fast critical thinking Strong time management skills Strong self-organization, decision making with objectivity Resilience
