Задачи:

• Build and own data infrastructure for compliance process monitoring, from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure
• Provide self-service tools for product, operations, and compliance teams
• Build end-to-end data transformation pipelines with dbt from source to consumption layer
• Keep metric definitions clean and trusted by non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to scope and deliver analytical tools
• Deliver end-to-end KYC/KYB funnel analytics, including refusal reasons, document gaps, and lead-time distributions
• Measure MRR secured, at risk, or lost across active remediation campaigns.

Требования:

• Experience working analytically with KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory and operational processes
• Experience designing dashboards and models that enable end users to explore data autonomously
• Ability to adapt datasets for operational and executive-level reporting
• Experience managing competing analytical priorities across multiple teams
• Ability to scope clearly, push back when needed, and drive adoption
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience building end-to-end transformation pipelines and enforcing data quality
• Ability to build trust in analytical results among non-technical stakeholders
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate analytics work
• Fluent English.
