Data Analyst - Technical Quality & Customer Insights (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Provide interpreted analytical insights to support data‑driven decision‑making across technical divisions.
Analyze complex technical production data against defined production KPIs, including validation of patterns, deviations, trends, and correlations.
Perform targeted ad‑hoc analyses to identify root causes and support resolution of product quality and production issues.
Correlate parametric and pass/fail production data across the global supply chain to identify dependencies and systemic effects.
Prepare, structure, and communicate analysis results clearly and effectively for internal and external stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
Ensure analytical rigor, correctness, and reproducibility of results in all analyses.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field.
Proven ability to apply statistical methods to production data and KPI‑driven performance analysis.
Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex, and highly technical data sets (e.g., parametric and pass/fail production data) with high analytical accuracy.
Professional‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
Solid foundation in statistics and data analytics.
Requirements (nice to have):
German language skills.
Six-Sigma certification (e.g. Greenbelt).
Production hands-on experience, collaborated, worked together
Experience with Tibco Spotfire or similar
