• Shape and drive Henkel’s Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy as a key contributor to strategic transformation
• Translate enterprise ambitions into clear strategic priorities, target states, and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Lead and support high-impact strategic initiatives that provide fact-based guidance to senior leadership and accelerate cultural, technological, and operational transformation
• Partner with global, cross-functional teams across business, IT, and data to identify value-creating opportunities, design scalable solutions, and ensure disciplined execution for lasting impact
• Strengthen data-driven decision-making, enhance employee engagement, streamline business operations, and elevate service excellence while ensuring strategic alignment and long-term value realization
• Define and continuously evolve the Data & Analytics strategy by translating enterprise ambitions into clear priorities, target states, and multi-year roadmaps with measurable business value
• Drive organizational change and foster enthusiasm for transformation by translating Data & Analytics strategies and frameworks into actionable initiatives supported by measurable KPIs
• Steer cross-functional transformation programs and projects, guiding teams to achieve key milestones and strategic objectives across cultural, technological, and operational dimensions
• Design and implement modern Data & Analytics operating models by analyzing roles, responsibilities, and workflows to improve performance, collaboration, accountability, and scalability
• Identify skill gaps, define current and future workforce requirements aligned with organizational goals, and deliver or enable targeted training, workshops, and communities (e.g., data ambassadors)
• Strengthen a data-driven culture and increase engagement by addressing gaps in inclusion, belonging, and satisfaction to foster collaboration and sustained transformation adoption

• Excellent university degree, preferably in business management, business psychology, analytics, or similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in data and analytics or digital transformation
• Experience in developing actionable data and analytics strategies with measurable KPIs
• Proven experience in (data & analytics) strategy development with measurable KPIs, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Proven experience in driving cultural & operational transformations, and change management.
• Strong project management capabilities, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• A leadership mindset coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, possessing strong analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence
• Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
