Data Analytics Team Lead

In this role you will lead a squad of analysts embedded in product squads while also acting as the hands-on Monetization analyst. You’ll shape data-driven decision making, ensure data quality across data sources, and drive monetization optimization through tracking, experiments, and reporting. You’ll influence how teams use data in product decisions and scale data products for wide impact. This is a remote, high-impact opportunity with a mission to empower healthier choices worldwide.

• Lead a small team of analysts embedded in product squads to measure impact and guide next steps
• Serve as the Monetization analyst, owning tracking for new features, funnels experiments, and squad reporting
• Model a data-focused culture by setting the data quality bar across ingestion, transformation, and reporting
• Drive upstream data ownership by collaborating with product and engineering teams
• Own end-to-end path from raw event data to curated datasets in the self-service BI tool
• Contribute to squad analytics strategy, guiding PMs and engineering managers in data-driven decision making

• Analyst experience within a mobile product squad (event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, experiments)
• People leadership of analysts while staying hands-on
• Extensive experimentation experience (A/B tests, bandits, quasi-experiments)
• Proven data quality discipline and remediation capability
• SQL proficiency; Python for analysis; dbt for data transformation
• Ability to present analyses to PMs with recommended next steps and adjust processes when numbers prove incorrect
