Data Centre – Design Manager (m/f/d) MEP / Architectural Background

Job Description

This job opening focuses on the German Market, seeking someone with a strong Design Management background in the local DC sector. It requires deep engagement to materialize and ensure a timely delivery, meeting the recurring clients’ deadlines, budget and requirements. The design manager identifies the right level and capability of resources to be deployed on the project. The design manager is also responsible for ensuring the right level of bidding and pricing of new opportunities, delivering them as sold fees and margins, which implies Project Management capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Design Management in a high paced project environment in the German market
• Covering multidisciplinary cross regional teams of CSA & MEP
• Assisting bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
• Ensuring all internal as well as local regulatory governance is followed: both at bid stage and throughout the delivery of projects

Qualifications

• Senior Multidisciplinary Design Manager (MEP / Architectural Background)
• DC Experience in accountable DM position
• Proficient in contractual German and English
• Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills are essential
