Data & Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

Overview

• This role is both highly technical and operationally strategic, focusing on process automation and data workflows.
• You will design and maintain automation workflows, manage key processes, and ensure data accuracy across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams with data and automation needs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows with Zapier, Typeform, Hubspot, AppScripts, and APIs.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and use lightweight database solutions.

Skills and Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, and APIs.
• Proficiency with Looker Studio and understanding of databases and no-code/low-code systems.
• Preferred experience with Python, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
