Data Platform Engineer - Databricks (all genders)

In this role you design and maintain deployment environments to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance, automate tests and deployments, and document improvements. You’ll lead training sessions to elevate tooling and best practices, driving collaboration across regions. This position supports UTA Edenred’s mission to simplify mobility through robust cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.

• Set up and maintain deployment environments including servers, databases, and cloud services; manage monitoring and log tools
• Ensure infrastructure is highly available, scalable, and secure; improve performance and documentation
• Oversee testing and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases
• Lead team training on tools, automation, and best practices
• Apply project management techniques to foster collaboration and deliver results across regions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics (or equivalent)
• Several years of hands‑on experience building cloud environments
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies with a focus on Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Unity Catalog)
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• English communication skills for collaboration across teams and regions
