Data Scientist – Mid-level/Senior (all genders)

As a Data Scientist in Holidu’s Business Intelligence team, you will contribute to the company-wide machine learning strategy and turn data insights into impactful products. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to tackle business challenges using ML, from forecasting to pricing and churn, across cross-functional partners. You’ll push models from concept to production, monitor performance, and iterate to improve accuracy and business impact. • Lead development and enhancement of the company-wide machine learning strategy
• Collaborate with multiple business departments to identify opportunities and solve key challenges with data science solutions
• Build and optimize predictive models (booking cancellations, churn, pricing, revenue forecasting, marketing channel allocation)
• Take models from concept to production, monitor performance, and iterate for improvement
• Interface with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
• Demonstrate leadership in data science projects to drive measurable business impact

• A degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Expertise in statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning techniques
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Airflow and dbt is a plus
• Strong understanding of business operations and stakeholder collaboration
• Enthusiasm for data science and delivering world-class products
