Data Scientist (Python)

Design, build, and operate real-time AI solutions for the travel industry with Machine Learning in Python - fully scalable in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. No matter whether it's recommendations, data cleansing & enrichment, or verifying performance in A/B tests – use your skills to achieve the best outcome for the user.

What you'll do

• Build ML models end-to-end for user profiling, recommendations, sorting, and personalized incentives - driven by frameworks like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Run workloads in Azure ML: Data, Pipelines, Models, Environments, Endpoints and Compute - The Cloud is your daily business.
• Explore complex and large datasets: Find insights for stakeholders, model training and data enrichment; fix or raise data issues.
• Apply your ideas in NLP and CV: Analyze textual data (e.g. reviews) and images to get more valuable information.
• Share your results: Make your work transparent in A/B tests and performance monitoring.

About You

You are

A collaborative, ambitious team player with strong communication skills, who values quality, performance and continuous growth.

You bring

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning with Python.
• Practical expertise in Cloud environments, preferred Azure.
• Strong understanding of ML and data manipulation frameworks, including GPU-accelerated and distributed ones (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Dask, Polars, RAPIDS).
• Exploratory mindset to design and implement own ideas - derived from trends and AI technology.

You know or want to learn

• Work with diverse data ecosystems — from Blob Storage and MongoDB to Elasticsearch and Cassandra — turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Go beyond model training: explore the full ML lifecycle including data sampling and export, model deployment, scaling endpoints (Kubernetes / AKS), and performance & latency monitoring.
• Build reliable, production-ready ML pipelines that not only work in notebooks, but also scale in real-world environments.
