Zur Verstärkung unseres 5‑köpfigen BI-Teams Data Integration & Reporting suchen wir einen Data Engineer (f/m/d) mit Projektleitungs- und Architekturkompetenz. In dieser Rolle unterstützt & gestaltest Du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung des SAP BW-Systems die Transformation zu einer modernen Data Lakehouse-Datenplattform mit SAP Business Data Cloud und/oder Databricks den gesamten Lebenszyklus analytischer Lösungen – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis hin zu skalierbaren, performanten und stabilen produktiven Lösungen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung mit, beherrscht die SAP und SAP-BW-Welt und begleitest mit Leidenschaft unseren Weg in die Data-Lakehouse-Welt
• Du übersetzt fachliche Use Cases in skalierbare Datenmodelle/ -produkte
• Du definierst, modellierst und implementierst End-to-End Data Pipelines
• Du wirkst führend mit beim initialen Setup sowie beim kontinuierlichen Ausbau der unternehmensweiten Data Lakehouse-Plattform
• Du übernimmst die Leitung und technische und methodische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller BI- und Analytics-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und Management
• Das Steuern von Projektteams gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich bzw. wird perspektivisch Teil deiner Rolle

DU BRINGST MIT

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Data Engineer (Senior Level) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Data Warehouse‑ und Lakehouse‑Architekturen
• Tiefgehende Erfahrung im BW-Backend für BW 7.50 on HANA, inklusive Kenntnisse der Datenstrukturen SAP ECC/ S4
• Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb moderner Data Lakehouse-Architekturen mit Databricks und/oder SAP Business Data Cloud von „Ingest to Gold“, unterstützt durch AI-Technologien im ETL-Prozess
• Starkes Verständnis für Datenmodellierung (z.B. Star Schema, Data Vault) sowie ausgeprägtes architektonisches Denkvermögen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und starke Teamorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jeweils mindestens auf Niveau C1
