Dealer Network Development Head

Responsibilities

• Make annual plan for the development of the Turkish dealer network
• Make construction standards of the dealer's showroom, responsible for the construction and acceptance
• Analyze the breakeven point of dealer network
• Research and improve the satisfaction of the Turkish market
• Responsible for sales training and product training for the dealer network
• Responsible for the design, production, delivery, and acceptance of materials in dealer's showroom maintained

Requirements

• 3-8 years working experience in automotive dealer network department from other OEM’s management level
• Fluent English and Turkish in spoken and written
• Bachelor degree or above
• Strong analytical capability, proficient in MS office
• Good communication and project/program management experience preferred
