EPAM’s AI-Native Cyber Resilience Program integrates agentic workflows and AI optimization into established security processes to accelerate remediation, reduce risk, and strengthen business continuity and trust.

Задачи

• Steer roadmaps, milestones, governance models, risks, impediments, and financial performance for enterprise Application Security programs
• Lead the integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into security processes to address high-risk findings rapidly
• Establish and govern systems for validating, deduplicating, and ranking security findings based on exploitability, business context, and impact
• Establish evaluation criteria and actionable reporting that provide an integrated view of security posture across application portfolios
• Translate AppSec metrics, AI KPIs, and risk-reduction milestones into actionable reports for C-level executives and portfolio leaders

Требования

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale delivery or program leadership in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Application Security programs
• An industry-recognized security certification is required
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI optimization, agentic workflows, LLM integration, or automated software/security pipelines
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, AppSec vulnerabilities, risk evaluation and quantification, and executive stakeholder management
• Exceptional ability to govern cross-functional engineering teams, manage program finances, and define operational governance models
