Demand Forecast Analyst (f/m/d)

In this role you will create a reliable demand plan for a defined product area, analyze market and forecast data, and derive actionable recommendations. You will monitor planning quality via KPIs and drive improvements, ensuring data quality in planning systems. You coordinate with stakeholders and support demand review meetings, turning data into insights with dashboards and reporting in CRM, SAP, Blue Yonder, and Tableau, including AI-enabled analyses. You act as a point of contact for demand planning within the department, contributing to the Sales & Service Cluster.

• Analyze market, customer and forecast data to derive planning recommendations
• Monitor planning quality using KPIs and implement improvement actions
• Ensure high data quality in planning systems
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and support demand review meetings
• Develop analyses, dashboards and reports in CRM, SAP, Blue Yonder and Tableau, leveraging AI where appropriate
• Serve as the demand planning contact within the department

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, or similar analytical field
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to map complex relationships
• Experience creating and evolving forecasts, reports, dashboards, or data-driven planning solutions
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP, CRM, Blue Yonder and/or Tableau is preferred
• Interest in new technologies and using AI-powered solutions for analyses and planning
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
