Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
• Hands-on expertise with:
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Google Ads
• Paid social (Meta)
• Strong execution mindset — you enjoy building, launching, and optimising campaigns (not just strategy)
• Comfortable working with MQL/SQL metrics and understanding funnel performance
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Curiosity and passion for modern marketing tools, including AI-driven solutions
• Ability to write ad copy, give creative feedback, and ideally create basic assets (e.g. Canva)

What the job involves

• As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of executing and optimising our paid digital campaigns across key platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta
• This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role where you will directly impact pipeline generation by driving high‑quality MQLs and SQLs. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, and Sales to translate ICPs and personas into high‑performing campaigns
• You’ll be joining a fast‑moving, ambitious team where experimentation, curiosity, and continuous improvement are expected — and where your ideas will directly shape how we scale our demand generation engine
• Drive measurable pipeline growth through high‑performing digital campaigns
• Improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and funnel stages
• Help shape a modern, AI‑enabled demand generation function
• Act as the execution engine behind integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, ABM/ABX)
• Influence how we evolve our martech stack and experimentation culture
