Responsibilities

Forecast reliable demand by consolidating historical data, sales input, and market signals into one coherent and continuously improving demand plan
Align with Sales through structured forecast meetings to secure sign‑off, discuss risks and opportunities, and incorporate changing customer needs
Plan replenishment requirements for both high‑runner and volatile specific components, ensuring availability while balancing inventory and working capital targets
Challenge incoming forecasts by applying analytical and contextual judgement, identifying anomalies, and adjusting ordering quantities when required
Coordinate replenishment flows by determining order triggers, managing approval processes for large‑volume purchases, and ensuring timely follow‑up across stakeholders
Monitor forecast accuracy, in‑stock rates, and inventory levels, providing regular reporting and insights to support decision‑making
Improve planning tools, templates, and SOPs to enhance transparency, discipline, and accountability across the forecasting process

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Procurement, or equivalent practical experience
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data‑driven decision‑manding
Experience working with demand planning, inventory management, or prop
Business‑level communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
