Demand Planner, Weller

As Demand Planner for Weller, you will lead the consensus demand plan and contribute to the global S&OP process. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align forecasts with business needs and drive forecasting quality. You will monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support product launches, promotions, and lifecycle actions. • Lead Demand Review meetings and develop consensus forecasts using statistical methods, historical demand, market trends, promotions, launches, and lifecycle changes
• Own and monitor demand planning performance, including forecast accuracy and bias, driving corrective actions
• Participate in the monthly global S&OP process, preparing forecasts, scenarios, metrics, risks, and recommendations
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, finance, supply planning, customer service, and operations to maintain an aligned demand plan
• Analyze demand trends, orders, inventory, and business drivers to identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and required actions
• Coordinate planning activities for product launches, life cycle transitions, promotions, large orders, and product rationalization
• Maintain and improve planning processes, forecasting methodologies, master data, and system inputs in Kinaxis and SAP
• Prepare and present demand analyses and KPI reporting, assign owners, and follow up on actions

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical/analytical discipline
• At least 3 years in Demand Planning, S&OP, or related areas
• S&OP experience in high-volume, multinational manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into insights
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse and SAP preferred; advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%
• Fluent English; German skills preferred
