Purpose of Role
To provide administrative support and assist towards accurate supply chain planning, to ensure all required stock is purchased in a timely manner to then meet our customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for accuracy of all data in European ERP System.
Key Tasks
- Data Maintenance and Validation in our ERP System, Business Central
- Performing Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks in EazyStock, our Demand Planning Tool
- Assisting Demand Planning Manager (Europe) in Monthly Purchase Plan creation
- Supporting European Sales Offices with systems and stock queries
- Communicate with relevant sale’s people, to obtain accurate forecast data for inclusions in monthly planning process
- Monitoring Stock Projections and dealing with potential stock outs
- Produce the department's on time delivery KPI’s
- Creation and running of Excel Reports when required
- Maintain Demand Planning Monthly Cycle Calendar on Monday.com
- To provide support to Demand Planning Manager (Europe) on any tasks that arise outside of usual workload
- Aiding other members and areas of the Supply Chain team as required
- Environmental: Responsible for reducing our environmental impact through sustainable practices across all departments and contribute to those efforts.
Person Specification
- ExperienceD in Data Admin
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes
- Knowledge and Interest in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for Data Reporting
- Previous experience in a supply chain planning role favourable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Decision‑making skills, especially in high‑pressure situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals and objectives.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven.
- Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required
