Youu2019ll work closely with the executive chef, manage operations, nurture talent within the team, and use your experience to make a significant contribution to guest satisfactionu2014in an environment that prioritizes professionalism, fairness, and professional development.
Youu2019ll support the kitchen team in planning, organizing, and preparing menus
You will coordinate kitchen operations and assist with the training and development of teammates and apprentices
Quality assurance, mise en place planning, and HACCP compliance
Assistance with cost control, ordering, and inventory management
Ensure smooth service operations during your shift
**Be able.**
Completed culinary training and extensive professional experience
Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry
Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Good command of German and English
