Department Manager Laser, Punching, Bending (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Management of the Laser and Bending department with around 12 employees
Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the team
Planning and control of production orders
Operating, setting up and programming a Trumpf laser punching machine
Optimisation of processes and workflows
Technical support for sales and production planning
Responsibility for maintenance, availability and optimisation of production equipment
Participation in day‑to‑day business and support of the team as needed

Your profile:

Completed technical basic training, ideally in the metal processing industry (e.g. metalworker, production mechanic or plant and apparatus builder)
Several years of professional experience in sheet metal processing, preferably in the area of laser and bending
Sound technical knowledge in manufacturing technology as well as a high technical understanding
Structured, independent and solution‑oriented way of working
Quick comprehension and pronounced organisational skills
High quality orientation and a strong awareness of order and cleanliness
Flexible, resilient and team‑oriented personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
Commitment, initiative and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment
