Deployment Engineer , Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation

Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Deployment Engineer to lead first-time deployments of advanced automation technologies and develop comprehensive documentation that enables global rollouts across our fulfillment network.
Join our Robotics Delivery and Packaging Innovation International team, where we transform complex automation technologies into efficiently deployable solutions on a global scale.
The role could be based in Barcelona, London, Luxembourg, Madrid or Milan with ~50% travel across Europe during peak deployment season, with occasional international travel.
Align cross-functional teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout project lifecycle
You'll take complete ownership of first-time deployments, from crafting detailed project schedules to coordinating with site teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning
- Hands-on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
- Master’s degree in engineering or related STEM field
