Depot and Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• You manage our depot locations, including their affiliated workshops, and ensure that our trailers and tractor units are operational and rental-ready.
• You maintain and develop relationships with our existing vehicle and site partners.
• You acquire new partners and gradually expand our site and vehicle network.
• You conduct negotiations, prepare contracts, and bring them to closure.
• You build partnership-based relationships that are sustainable and mutually beneficial over the long term.
• You contribute to growth and work with us to develop strategies to further expand the fleet and site network.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a workshop or commercial vehicle environment
• Technical understanding of trailers and tractor units (semi-trailer tractors)
• Confident, reliable presence and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to win partners over for you and our concept
• Independent, structured working style
• Willingness to travel: You will regularly visit our depot locations and partners on site to ensure operational quality, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to further develop our network. This includes willingness to undertake regular business travel within Germany (and prospectively to Austria and Switzerland).
